This one was my first attempt at the Electro Swing genre. If you’ve never heard of it, then you need to go listen right now because it’s amazing.

The song itself is trying to tell a story, a story of someone who had a bizarre, waking nightmare. In the song I try to make it feel whimsical yet dark, and give the song a building tension. I like to imagine this would be the background of one of those nightmares where you are trying to run away but your legs don’t work right, yet at the same time there is some sort of mysterious or absurd element to it all.
